Job Overview
We are a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy practice dedicated to creating inclusive, compassionate spaces for healing and self-discovery. Our clinicians provide care that honors clients’ lived experiences, identities, and autonomy while integrating evidence-based approaches that emphasize connection, self-compassion, and authenticity.

Values and Approach
We are looking for a therapist who is:
- Queer-affirming and actively supportive of LGBTQIA+ clients.
- Neurodiversity-affirming, understanding that neurological differences are natural variations of the human experience.
- Weight-inclusive, rejecting diet culture and promoting body liberation.
- Trauma-informed, practicing from a lens of safety, collaboration, and empowerment.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy (and optionally group therapy) to adolescents and adults.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in case consultation, peer support, and ongoing professional development.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary and affirming team environment that values autonomy, creativity, and balance.
What We Offer
