Compensation:$55,000 - $65,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Conduct employee onboarding and exit processes with professionalism and care.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations, resolving concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Support performance management processes, including evaluations and performance improvement plans.
- Handle all aspects of payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for leadership.
- Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and update policies as needed.
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
