Certified or Licensed Social Worker (CSW or LSW)

We are seeking a Licensed or Certified Social Worker (LSW or CSW) to join our Early Intervention team in a non-clinical capacity. This position focuses on assisting families with resources, referrals, and community supports, not on providing therapy or counseling services.

The Social Worker plays an essential role in helping families navigate available programs and supports, empowering them to access the services their child needs to thrive.

Licensed/Certified Social Worker (LSW/CSW) Responsibilities:

• Provide families with information about available community resources and supports.

• Assist families in connecting with social service agencies, housing, financial aid, and other local programs.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IFSP (Individualized Family Service Plan) development.

• Collaborate with other Early Intervention providers and service coordinators.

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and agency requirements.

Licensed/Certified Social Worker (LSW/CSW) Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid New Jersey LSW or LCSW license.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
