Associate Therapist (AMFT, APCC, or ASW)

Full-Time or Part-Time | Fair Oaks, CA | $40–$55/hour

At Sequoia Counseling and Recovery, we believe that growth begins with compassion. Our trauma-informed private practice provides holistic care for individuals, families, and couples seeking healing and wholeness. We are currently hiring Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFTs), Associate Professional Clinical Counselors (APCCs), and Associate Social Workers (ASWs) who are looking to grow in a supportive, flexible, and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain a caseload of 20–32 clients/week (flexible part-time options available).
• Deliver trauma-informed, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
• Participate in weekly individual and group supervision.
• Complete documentation and notes (up to 4 hours paid time).

What We’re Looking For

• Active BBS registration as AMFT, APCC, or ASW (California).
• Training or interest in trauma modalities such as Brainspotting, EMDR, or DBT.
• Commitment to compassionate, client-centered work.
• Desire for growth, mentorship, and professional learning.
