Be Well Counseling is expanding and seeking QUALITY mental health therapists (W2) to join our team. As a client-centered private practice, we focus on exemplary therapists, who are adaptable to their clients' needs. Be Well Counseling offers a supportive, collaborative environment but also gives employees autonomy to grow, be creative and figure out what's work best for their work and clients.
***Strong need for providers who see children under 12 and couples/families***
Rate: $40-$60 Fully Licensed

Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy to individuals, couples and families
- Able to complete intake assessments, diagnosis and ongoing treatment planning
- Establish & maintain a positive therapeutic relationship with clients
- Complete all documentation electronically and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications:
- Must have Master's Degree or greater
- Fully Licensed in NJ (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
Ideal Qualifications:
- Able to see minimum 8 clients/week in a hybrid setting
- Excellent written & verbal communications skills
- Dependability and a passion for helping others
- Computer, webcam, reliable internet and a quiet,private space for virtual sessions
- Experience in EHR/digital notes
