We provide child, adolescent, and family therapy to our clients. With 15 years of experience in the field, we offer play therapy and psychotherapy space, supervision, and comprehensive administrative and business services to support our therapists.

Job Description:

Sandra Artar Bayindir Child and Family Therapy is currently seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our group on a flexible, full or part-time basis. Candidates are required to have training and experience in child therapy. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, providing psychotherapy, and collaborating with families and other professionals to develop effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct initial assessments to determine the needs of the child and create personalized treatment plans.

· ⁠⁠Provide individual sessions to children and adolescents.

· ⁠⁠Work closely with families to support and involve them in the therapeutic process.

· ⁠⁠Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers, doctors, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.

· Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

· ⁠⁠Stay current with best practices and developments in child, adolescent and family therapy.

· ⁠Present themselves in a manner that aligns with the professional standards of our psychology office. This includes dressing appropriately and ensuring their overall appearance reflects a commitment to maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

· ⁠Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

· ⁠⁠Licensure or certification as a Child Therapist (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).

· ⁠⁠Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting.

· ⁠⁠Strong understanding of child development and effective therapeutic techniques.

· ⁠⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· ⁠⁠Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping children and their families.
