R3 Continuum is searching for Private Practice Psychologists or Psychology agencies to expand our Evaluation and Independent Psychological Examination (IPEs) network in the Bakersfield, CA area. You would be providing in-office Neuropsychological Evaluations and Psychological evaluations in support of employers and their employees in the Bakersfield and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

• Independently licensed, in good standing in the state of California
• Minimum of a Doctorate level (PhD or PsyD), with a degree in Clinical Psychology or Forensic Psychology
• Fitness for Duty Training at the Doctorate Level, or 2 years of Assessment and Evaluation
• OR at least 2 years of work in areas of forensic psychological assessment, or IME, or Fitness for Duty evaluations
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,00
• Willing to complete R3C's on-line Evaluation and IPE training.
