What you'll need to be successful:

• RBT Credential with an active status through the BACB

• Reliable transportation to homes within the greater Northern New Jersey area

• Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and reference checks prior to working with our learners

• Passion for doing ABA right by acting with intention and empathy in every interaction with learners, caregivers, and supervision team
