Our plastic surgery practice in Manhattan is ready for the next step and we are looking for a confident and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The right person will be polished, professional, and motivated to help the practice grow. No plastic surgery experience is required. We are focused on finding someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a natural ability to connect with people.
Experience in a luxury retail or client service environment such as Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, or a fine hospitality brand is highly valued. The ideal candidate will bring the same level of professionalism, presentation, and commitment to exceptional service found in these settings.
What You Will Do
- Greet patients and assist with every step of their visit
- Room patients, take pre operative and post operative photos, and prepare charts
- Manage scheduling for consultations, follow ups, and surgeries
- Communicate clearly by phone, email, and in person
- Process payments and submit insurance documentation
- Follow up after consultations and help convert inquiries into booked surgeries
What We Are Looking For

- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a professional setting
- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or client services preferred
- Proficiency with scheduling software, email, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and motivation to grow with the practice
Compensation
- $25 to $35 per hour based on experience
- $250 bonus for each successfully booked surgery
