Spectrum Psych Los Angeles is growing, and we’re looking for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming team.
Our practice offers wraparound psychological and psychiatric care for neurodivergent clients across the lifespan — including diagnostic evaluation, psychotherapy, occupational therapy, medication management, yoga therapy, and support groups. We specialize in supporting individuals and families navigating autism, ADHD, anxiety, and mood-related concerns in a warm, strengths-based environment.
This is a full-time, hybrid position (in-person and telehealth) based in West LA. You’ll provide psychotherapy and psychological evaluations for children, teens, and adults, working closely with our other providers to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
We’re seeking a clinician who is available during the week, with Friday and/or weekend availability preferred. Additional incentives are offered for weekend sessions. We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, grounded, and aligned with a neurodiversity-affirming approach.
- Provide neurodivergent-affirming, skills-based psychotherapy
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and neurodevelopmental evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain timely documentation
- Communicate responsively with clients and families between sessions as appropriate

- Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in California
- 3+ years of clinical experience (autism, ADHD, or anxiety preferred)
- Strong CBT background (PEERS® certification a plus)
- Excellent clinical documentation and communication skills
- Genuine interest in working with neurodivergent populations
- Team-oriented, reflective, and aligned with a neurodiversity-affirming approach
We’re a supportive, creative, and growing practice where clinicians are trusted to do meaningful work with autonomy — and supported by a compassionate team. We value learning, collaboration, and the ongoing evolution of neurodiversity-affirming care.
Benefits include:
- Full-time, salaried position
- Hybrid schedule (in-person + telehealth)
- Flexible scheduling with preference for Friday and/or weekend availability (weekend incentives offered)
- Unlimited PTO
- Comprehensive health insurance
- 401(k) program
If you’re passionate about helping neurodivergent individuals thrive and want to be part of a team that values warmth, authenticity, and excellence — we’d love to hear from you.
