Licensed Psychologist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and scholarly inclined Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a team lead, supervise unlicensed staff, conduct psychotherapy and psychological testing. Please note, this is salaried position (range of $7200-$8500 monthly based on training and experience).

Responsibilities

• Be academic/scholarly inclined.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct Psychological testing and evaluations. Complete report in a timely manner.
• Supervise unlicensed staff.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services utilizing various therapeutic modalities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for patients.
• Participate in case consultation and trainings.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including intake forms, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Stay informed about best practices in the field of mental health/behavioral sciences and relevant medical terminology.

Requirement

• Must be licensed by the California Board of Psychology (Psychologist)
