Home Health Marketer / Community Liaison

About the Role
A private healthcare company is looking for a compassionate and results-driven Home Health Marketer / Community Liaison to represent our home health services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and a genuine passion for helping patients receive the care they need at home.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and senior living communities
• Educate referral sources about our home health services and coordinate smooth admissions
• Attend community and professional events to increase visibility and referral growth
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure patient satisfaction and continuity of care

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in healthcare marketing or business development (home health experience preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and professional demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
