We are seeking an Intake Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in home health and be comfortable working with phone system, pdf forms and EHR. Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from patients, home health agencies staff and healthcare providers- Collect patient information and enter it into the system- Schedule appointments - Verify insurance coverage and eligibility- Communicate with healthcare providers regarding patient care
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Fluent in Armenian - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Experience with phone systems Pay: Competitive pay based on experience Job
