About the Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Customer Service Administrator to support our in-house Repair and Service team. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth workflow from equipment intake through completion, helping us deliver outstanding service and quality to our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage equipment repairs, loaner requirements, consignment orders, and related order entries.
- Provide excellent customer support by handling inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely communication of repair status updates.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, service history, and customer information within internal systems.
- Verify repair completion, accuracy, and quality before final invoicing.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, training, and workflow efficiency.
- Support escalated issues and help drive customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Collaborate with managers and team members to uphold a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist with system updates, policy changes, and employee cross-training.
- Provide backup support for other Service Desk and administrative functions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associates degree strongly preferred
- Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or equipment repair coordination preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and Salesforce (or similar systems).
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of dental products or medical equipment is a plus.
