Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional assessments and design data-driven treatment plans
- Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Supervisors
- Deliver parent training and uphold high clinical standards
- Maintain approximately 30 billable hours per week
- Collaborate with peers in a pod model to ensure consistency and quality of care
- Contribute to ongoing staff training, quality assurance, and curriculum development
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Comfortable with technology, including iPads, electronic data collection, and scheduling platforms
- Up-to-date TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
- Spanish language skills are a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in mentoring or supervising clinical staff
- Familiarity with research-based interventions and evidence-based practices
