Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative and supportive team. This role emphasizes delivering high-quality clinical care, mentoring staff, and contributing to an innovative service model that prioritizes professional growth while reducing administrative burdens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional assessments and design individualized, data-driven treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
- Provide parent training and uphold clinical quality standards.
- Maintain 30 billable hours per week.
- Collaborate with peers using a pod model to ensure consistent clinical practices.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, quality assurance initiatives, and curriculum development.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience supporting individuals with autism and developmental needs.
- Comfortable with technology, including iPads, electronic data collection, and scheduling platforms.
