Join a dynamic, supportive team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional assessments and create data-driven treatment plans
- Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Supervisors
- Deliver parent training and maintain high clinical standards
- Maintain approximately 30 billable hours per week
- Collaborate with peers in a pod model to ensure consistent quality of care
- Support staff training, quality assurance, and curriculum development
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Comfortable using technology (iPads, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
- Up-to-date TB test, immunizations, and cleared background check
- Spanish language skills are a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience mentoring or supervising clinical staff
- Familiarity with research-based, evidence-based interventions
