* **Curriculum Enhancement:** Engage in the development of training materials, quality assurance reviews, and the continuous evolution of clinical curriculum.

### Requirements

* **Education:** Hold a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related academic discipline.

* **Certification:** Possess an active and current **BCBA** certification.

* **Clinical Background:** Proven experience providing services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and diverse developmental needs.

* **Technology Fluency:** Ability to effectively use clinical technology, including scheduling platforms, electronic data collection systems, and mobile devices (e.g., tablets).

* **Clearance:** Must successfully complete a background verification process and provide current documentation for immunization records and TB test clearance upon hire.

### Preferred Qualifications

* **Bilingual Communication:** Fluency in the Spanish language is considered advantageous for this role.
