Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee comprehensive functional behavior assessments, meticulously creating and implementing effective, data-informed treatment plans.
  • Provide expert supervision and specialized mentorship to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Supervisors, actively fostering their professional growth and clinical competency.
  • Lead and facilitate impactful parent and caregiver training sessions to ensure high clinical fidelity and promote skill generalization across all environments.
  • Maintain a focused clinical service delivery schedule, ensuring a minimum weekly volume of 30 billable service hours.
  • Actively engage within a collaborative team pod model to offer robust peer support, share clinical knowledge, and ensure consistency in methodological practice across the organization.
  • Contribute significantly to core organizational functions, including the development of professional training programs, Quality Assurance (QA) reviews, and the enhancement of clinical curricula.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related, relevant field.
  • Possession of a current, active BCBA certification.
  • Proven professional experience delivering behavioral interventions to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and diverse developmental needs.
  • Competency in utilizing modern clinical technology, including electronic data collection systems, scheduling platforms, and mobile devices (e.g., tablets).
  • Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check and provide documentation of a recent TB test and immunization records.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a highly valuable asset.
