Key Responsibilities
- Direct functional behavior assessments and meticulously craft effective, data-informed treatment protocols for clients.
- Lead and provide specialized supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Supervisors, encouraging continuous professional growth.
- Conduct essential parent and caregiver training sessions to ensure high standards of clinical fidelity and promote skill generalization.
- Manage a consistent clinical schedule, maintaining a minimum weekly volume of 30 billable service hours.
- Collaborate within a team pod model to provide peer support, share clinical insights, and ensure methodological consistency across services.
- Contribute to organizational excellence by participating in ongoing training initiatives, Quality Assurance (QA) reviews, and the development of clinical curricula.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a relevant, related discipline.
- Hold a current, active BCBA certification.
- Proven experience in delivering behavioral interventions for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and various developmental needs.
- Competence in utilizing modern clinical technology, including electronic data collection systems, scheduling platforms, and mobile devices (e.g., tablets).
- Must clear a thorough background check and provide documentation of a recent TB test and immunization records.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred.

- Target Compensation: Total first-year compensation potential ranges from $91,000 to $106,000, based on a solid base salary of $80,000–$95,000.
