We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team in Council Bluffs, IA. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team in a dynamic, center-based setting with a focus on providing high-quality clinical care for individuals with autism and developmental needs. Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans for clients.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Supervisors to enhance clinical outcomes.
• Provide parent training and ensure high standards of clinical care.
• Maintain a target of 30 billable hours per week.
• Collaborate with peers in a pod model to ensure clinical consistency across cases.
• Contribute to the development of training materials, quality assurance initiatives, and curriculum enhancements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience in providing services to individuals with autism and other developmental needs.
• Comfortable using technology, including iPads, electronic data collection tools, and scheduling platforms.
• Clear TB test, immunization records, and background check.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising clinical staff or leading treatment teams.
• Experience in a center-based environment.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary with total earnings potential of $91,000 – $106,000 in the first year.
• Base salary range: $80,000 – $95,000
• Performance-based bonuses of up to $6,000 annually (paid monthly)
• Sign-on bonus of up to $5,000
• Flexible schedule with a Monday–Friday workweek from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Work from home flexibility (1 day per week, eligibility-based).
