We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team in Council Bluffs, IA. Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans for clients.
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Supervisors to enhance clinical outcomes.
- Provide parent training and ensure high standards of clinical care.
- Maintain a target of 30 billable hours per week.
- Collaborate with peers in a pod model to ensure clinical consistency across cases.
- Contribute to the development of training materials, quality assurance initiatives, and curriculum enhancements.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification.
- Experience in providing services to individuals with autism and other developmental needs.
- Comfortable using technology, including iPads, electronic data collection tools, and scheduling platforms.
- Clear TB test, immunization records, and background check.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supervising clinical staff or leading treatment teams.
- Experience in a center-based environment.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary with total earnings potential of $91,000 – $106,000 in the first year.
- Base salary range: $80,000 – $95,000
- Performance-based bonuses of up to $6,000 annually (paid monthly)
- Sign-on bonus of up to $5,000
- Flexible schedule with a Monday–Friday workweek from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Work from home flexibility (1 day per week, eligibility-based).
