Key Responsibilities
- Assessment and Planning: Take the lead on conducting functional assessments and developing highly effective, data-driven, individualized treatment programs.
- Supervision and Mentorship: Provide high-quality clinical supervision and continuous mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors, ensuring treatment fidelity.
- Caregiver Engagement: Deliver impactful parent and caregiver training sessions, maintaining high clinical standards and fostering the generalization of client skills.
- Service Capacity: Consistently meet the required minimum of 30 billable clinical hours each week.
- Team Collaboration: Engage actively within a supportive team structure to promote peer development, maintain clinical consistency, and ensure unified approaches to care.
- Program Development: Contribute professional expertise to ongoing quality assurance processes, curriculum enhancements, and internal training material creation.
Requirements
- Certification: Must possess a current and active BCBA certification.
- Education: A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related field is mandatory.
- Clinical Experience: Demonstrated professional history working with individuals across the autism spectrum and those with other developmental support needs.
- Technical Acumen: High level of comfort and proficiency using clinical technology, including electronic data collection systems, scheduling platforms, and various devices.
- Compliance: Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive background check and provide documentation of current immunization and TB test results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual Skill: Professional working proficiency in Spanish is a distinct advantage.

- Total Compensation Potential: Highly competitive first-year total earnings potential ranging from $91,000 to $106,000.
- This range includes a base salary of $80,000 to $95,000.
- Also included is a first-year signing incentive of up to $5,000.
