Are you a passionate and driven BCBA and leader, looking to make a lasting impact in the lives of children and families? We're seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to bring expertise, compassion, and innovation to our growing team.
Position Overview:
As a BCBA, you will work directly with individuals on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments and creating individualized behavior intervention plans. You'll collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to provide high-quality care and ensure client progress. We are looking for professionals who are committed to improving the quality of life for those with autism through evidence-based strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
- Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
- Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs).
- Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
- Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation for travel.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred.
