Ro Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with Northern Virginia Schools. This role involves supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other behavioral health professionals, collaborating closely with educators and staff, and providing direct support to students with special needs. A strong communicator with the ability to travel reliably is essential.

Requirements:
- Masters Degree
- BCBA License
- Strong assessment skills
- Willingness to assist in students learning process
