Key Responsibilities

- Family Partnership: Direct and deliver specialized parent and caregiver training to facilitate generalization and maintenance of learned skills in various settings.
- Service Delivery: Consistently meet the expected quota of billable clinical hours per week.
- Collaborative Practice: Engage closely with peers in a team-based model to promote strong clinical consistency, share insights, and offer mutual support.
- Program Enrichment: Actively contribute to quality assurance protocols, participate in staff training initiatives, and continually enhance the clinical curriculum.
Requirements
- Education: Successful completion of a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related discipline.
- Certification: Must possess a current and valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Clinical Experience: Demonstrated experience providing behavioral health services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and associated developmental needs.
- Technical Acumen: Proficiency in utilizing technology for clinical documentation, including electronic data collection systems, scheduling platforms, and mobile devices.
- Clearance: Successful completion of a thorough background check and provision of current documentation for a TB test and immunization records are required upon hiring.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in the Spanish language is highly desirable.
