• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• HHA certification preferred.
• Experience in assisted living or senior care strongly preferred.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift, move, and transfer residents using appropriate equipment (e.g., wheelchair, walker).
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to assist with physical tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Must be able to perform housekeeping tasks including laundry and cleaning.

• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to observe, record, and report changes in resident condition.

We are seeking a dedicated Care Manager (HHA) to join our nursing team. The Care Manager provides essential health care tasks, personal hygiene assistance, housekeeping, and other supportive services to enhance the well-being of our residents. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with seniors and committed to maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
