Training Wheels ABA is a clinician-owned ABA company serving families across the Greater Richmond area. Founded and led by a practicing BCBA, Training Wheels was created to bring integrity, compassion, and collaboration back to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. We understand the realities of being a BCBA, working with families, and navigating complex systems — because we’ve lived it.

We’re seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our mission-driven team. In this role, you’ll design and oversee individualized treatment plans, support RBTs through training and supervision, and partner closely with families and other professionals to create meaningful, lasting change.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.
• Provide services in clients’ natural environments — home, daycare, and preschool settings.
• Supervise and provide feedback to RBTs in accordance with BACB standards.
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other providers to ensure consistency and progress.
• Collect and analyze data to inform clinical decisions.
• Maintain ethical, evidence-based practices and accurate documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current BCBA certification and LBA (or eligibility) in Virginia.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services in home, school, or community settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for ethical, family-centered ABA and professional integrity.
