Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 50 Water Street, 7th Floor)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Thursdays Onsite Mandatory)

Required Qualifications

• Valid LMSW license issued by NYSED (Primary Source Verification required).
• Minimum 1 year of LMSW experience.
• Experience in HIV care coordination, chronic disease management, or community health preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation systems and telehealth-based care management.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $62.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
