The Role

We’re currently seeking an Associate Therapist (AMFT) to join our in-person Los Gatos team.

This is a flexible, in-person position where you’ll have full autonomy over your clinical style, the support of a high-functioning admin team, and a founder who’s invested in your personal and professional growth.

Position Details

• Minimum of 10 client sessions per week (part-time or full-time options)
• Flexible scheduling with evening/weekend availability preferred
• In-person work required at our Los Gatos office

REQUIREMENTS

• Active AMFT registration in California
• Willingness to work in-person in Los Gatos
• Minimum of 10 sessions per week
• Interest in relational, holistic, and integrative approaches to therapy
