- A compassionate approach to working with individuals facing behavioral challenges.
- Previous experience in special education or related fields is a plus.
The position is designed to be clinical-focused, streamlined, and manageable, with very little administrative overhead or expectation to carry the usual BCBA load.
Because of this structure, the BCBAs on my team only focus only on the following CPT codes:
97151, 97155, and 97156
There are no out-of-pocket costs for BCBAs! We handle all assessment purchases and administration, create materials, complete onboarding tasks, manage staff, and coordinate authorizations, credentialing, etc. Since we are a small but growing company, it is a build your own caseload position. Meaning, you will be assigned clients as they come onboard, and only however many clients you would like to take on. If it's 1, great. If it's more, awesome!
Join us in making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve through dedicated behavioral support!
