Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. Responsibilities

Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
Provide counselling and support to individuals and families facing various challenges.
Collaborate with other professionals, including healthcare providers, educators, and community organisations, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in accordance with organisational policies.
Facilitate workshops and support groups to empower clients and promote community engagement.
Supervise junior staff members or interns, providing mentorship and guidance to foster their professional development.
Advocate for clients’ rights and access to necessary services within the community.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
Supervising experience is essential for overseeing staff or interns effectively.
Mentoring skills are highly desirable to support the growth of less experienced team members.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and case management.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,350.00 per week
