Our model bridges the gap between group practice convenience and solo practice autonomy. With our hands-on support, you’ll launch as the owner of your own practice from day one—while still receiving the infrastructure and mentorship you'd expect from a group setting.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, or families (based on your specialization and preferred modality)
• Manage your own caseload, schedule, and clinical direction
• Maintain timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans
• Cultivate strong therapeutic relationships with your chosen client base

What We Provide

• Startup Support: LLC formation, business banking setup, EHR onboarding, and fully customizable practice templates to guide you through the part they don't teach you in school
• Marketing & Referrals: Featured placement on a professionally branded website and visibility across digital platforms to attract clients quickly
• Billing & Admin: Support with invoicing, scheduling systems, and client communication templates
• Individual Insurance Credentialing: Hands-on help getting paneled with major insurers
• Ongoing Mentorship: Direct access to experienced clinicians and business professionals for case consultation and practice growth strategy
• Financial & Legal Guidance: Support with accounting, taxes, and retirement planning so the process becomes easy and routine and you won't have to work forever to live the life you want

What You Bring

• Active Texas license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Passion for client-centered care and long-term clinical relationships
• Interest in growing a stable, insurance-based practice
• Ability to work independently while being open to mentorship and support

Why This is Different

Unlike traditional group practices that take 40-50% of your revenue for those with limited experience, our model is designed for clinicians ready to build something of their own. You keep 75% or more of your earnings and have the option to go fully independent after three years where you can likely keep up to 95% after expenses. We provide the support and guidance—you build the career you’ve envisioned.

Fully remote while living in Texas, with the flexibility to serve clients via telehealth or in person, based on your setup and preference.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
