Job Description:

  • Perform patient concierge services including scheduling and confirming patients, checking patients in and out, collecting payments, presenting treatment plans, scheduling and coordinating surgeries, etc .
  • Handle payment processing
  • Be the liaison between the surgeon and patients to coordinate care
  • Form long lasting relationships with patients in order to garner trust and educate patients on treatment plans, financial options, and post-treatment care
  • Assist with office administrative support and marketing as needed including turning over rooms, social media content, managing office supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical assisting preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in a medical office, with experience in plastic surgery or aesthetics including patient care coordination and front office administration

Skills

  • Proven experience in a medical office environment, demonstrating familiarity with office procedures and protocols.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, must enjoy connecting with patients
  • Ability to handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently as a self starter and as part of a team

Certifications

  • Current CPR certification.
