Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take charge of service operations? We’re hiring a Service Coordinator for a dynamic shop environment in Richmond, California. If you have experience in pump service, fabrication, and coordinating field teams, this is your chance to join a fast-paced project.
Position Highlights:
- Location: Richmond, CA
- Start Date: October 20, 2025
- Duration: 3–4 months
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Hours: 40/week
- Pay Rate: $30–$32/hour
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assigning duties to service technicians
- Preparing quotes and entering sales orders
- Ordering parts and assigning labor
- Invoicing and tracking job progress
- Inspecting service tickets for quality and compliance
What You’ll Need:
- 1–3 years of pump service or related customer service experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma required
- Must be able to travel to client sites with a clean driving record
- Must pass a 5-panel drug screen and 7-year background check
Work Environment:
- Shop setting with indoor/outdoor tasks
- Physical activity including bending, standing, kneeling, and twisting
- Must be available for overtime as needed
