Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Clinical Supervisor

Location: Villa Park & throughout Orange County, CA

Employment: Part time contractor with potential to transition to full time — hybrid field/clinic role; some late afternoon availability required

Compensation: $50-60/hour DOE

Role Summary

As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor, you’ll lead clinical programs for a small, sustainable caseload, providing high-quality supervision to RBTs/BTs, partnering closely with caregivers, and collaborating with schools and community partners.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized, socially valid treatment plans aligned with BACB/clinic ethics.

· Provide high-quality supervision of RBTs/BTs (observations, feedback, competencies, and ongoing training).

· Model compassionate, trauma‑informed behavior support; prioritize least-restrictive strategies and skill building.

· Use data to make timely treatment decisions; maintain organized documentation and clear session notes.

· Partner with caregivers through goal setting, coaching, and progress reviews.

· Coordinate with schools and other providers; attend IEPs as needed.

· Support intake, authorizations, and clinical transitions with the admin team.

Qualifications — Required

· Current BCBA certification in good standing (BACB).

· 1+ years of post-certification ABA experience (or strong internship with references).

· Valid CA driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to client homes within a ~15–25 minute radius.

· Able to pass DOJ/FBI background check; TB clearance per policy; current CPR/First Aid (or obtain).

Qualifications — Preferred

· 2–4+ years as a supervising BCBA; experience with early intervention and school collaboration.

· Bilingual (Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Farsi, etc.).

· Experience training and mentoring early-career technicians and BCBAs.

Schedule & Caseload

· Typical schedule M–F with late-afternoon supervision (after-school demand).

· Manage a focused caseload designed for quality supervision and work-life balance.

· Hybrid field/clinic role with limited documentation time available remotely.

Compensation & Benefits[ST1]

· Base salary: $50-60/hr EOE

· Quarterly performance bonus potential; differentials for high‑acuity cases and bilingual skills.

· Mileage reimbursement between client
