Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and evaluate individualized ABA treatment plans

• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed

• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success

• Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance

Qualifications Required:

• Current BCBA certification

• Master's degree in ABA or a related field

• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs

• Strong leadership, organization, and interpersonal communication skills

• Genuine passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
