Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health counseling and be skilled in providing therapeutic support to individuals and families. This role involves working closely with clients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver effective interventions. The LCSW will play a crucial role in promoting mental wellness and supporting clients through various challenges.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to encourage client engagement in the therapeutic process.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and management for clients experiencing acute distress.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records, intake forms, and progress notes, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in clinical research and data collection to enhance service delivery and contribute to the field of social work.
