Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing School Psychologists to join a supportive district team in Oakland, CA. This role provides the opportunity to deliver essential psycho-educational services while collaborating with administrators, staff, and families to help students thrive. Candidates will play an important part in supporting both special education and general education populations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments of referred students.

• Provide consultative services and strategies to improve student learning and development.

• Deliver short-term counseling services to special education students, as designated by IEP teams.

• Support general education students with counseling interventions when appropriate.

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address student needs.

• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.

Requirements:

• Masters degree or higher in School Psychology.

• California School Psychologist credential.

• Strong knowledge of psycho-educational assessments and IEP processes.

• School-based experience preferred.
