Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Pair With ABA. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of behavior intervention programs. You will collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.

This position is salary or hourly:

Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 per year

Hourly: $85 to $100 per hour

**Requirements:**

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
