Contract Type: Full-Time Contract
Shift Type: AM Shift (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm)
Hours per Week: 40 hrs/week
Candidate Pay Rate: $111K – $147K/year (based on experience)

About the Role

We’re seeking a compassionate and driven Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join a hybrid behavioral health team serving diverse and underserved communities across San Diego County. This role blends in-person and telehealth care, offering flexibility while delivering high-impact services to adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations. Key Responsibilities

Conduct 1-hour intakes and 30–45 minute therapy sessions (avg. 11–12/day)
Deliver hybrid care: 3 days in-office (potentially 2 in future), remainder via telehealth
Provide therapy for adolescents and adults, with a focus on adult care
Address mild to moderate concerns (FQHC) and moderate to severe needs (CCBHC)
Offer weekly therapy for pregnant and postpartum patients (CCBHC)
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
Participate in peer reviews, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
Uphold HIPAA compliance and ethical standards

Qualifications

Active California license as a Clinical Psychologist (LMFTs not accepted)
Spanish fluency required
Experience in outpatient community mental health preferred
Experience with children ages 5+, especially under 10, is highly desirable
Familiarity with trauma-informed care and perinatal mental health is a plus

Education

Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution
Completion of supervised clinical training and licensure requirements
