If you’re passionate about helping children achieve their developmental goals, this is your opportunity to provide meaningful one-on-one care through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We are hiring Behavior Technicians (also known as RBTs or Behavior Therapists) to join our supportive and professional team in South Gate.

Schedule: Flexible, part-time and full-time positions available
Locations: We have multiple locations across Newport Beach, Anaheim, Pomona, Irvine, Orange County, Temple City, Los Angeles, Glendale, Pasadena, West Covina, Cerritos, Rialto, Monterey Park, Lakewood, South Gate, and La Brea! Don't hesitate to apply!

Pay: $22-$27 based on experience.
What is a Behavior Coach / RBT?
Also known as Behavior Technicians, RBTs provide direct ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism and related developmental disabilities. You’ll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
Your Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior programs based on ABA principles
- Apply proactive behavior management strategies and replacement skill teaching
- Collect data and monitor client progress toward measurable goals
- Maintain confidentiality of all client records and documentation
- Support clients in home, school, and community settings
- Attend treatment team meetings and staff meetings as scheduled
- Collaborate with BCBAs, staff, and families to ensure effective treatment
- Maintain professionalism and uphold organizational policies at all times
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Compassion, patience, and professionalism in working with children and families
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to client locations in Newport Beach, CA
