Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a full-time position with school districts near the Plano West, TX area. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive and collaborative school-based environment.
Requirements to Apply:
Must hold an active BCBA license in Texas
Prior school-based experience preferred (clinical backgrounds will be considered)
Willingness to work with students demonstrating severe behaviors, including instances of physical aggression
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and documentation skills
Caseload/Details:
Full-time role for the current school year
Caseload includes 2 high school students with significant behavioral needs
Requires dedication to individualized student support and collaboration with school staff and families
Responsibilities Include:
Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Providing direct behavioral support and crisis intervention when needed
Training and supporting school staff in behavior management strategies
Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
Maintaining detailed and compliant documentation
