T&T Coast Auto Group, a family-owned and operated dealership for more than 20 years, is looking for an outgoing, organized, and customer-focused Service Appointment Coordinator to join our front office team in Sea Girt and Cranbury, NJ.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with people, is comfortable making outbound calls, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer experiences. You’ll play a key role in keeping our customers informed and on schedule for their regular maintenance, recalls, and service needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule routine maintenance, recalls, and service appointments
• Follow up with customers who are due or overdue for service
• Confirm upcoming appointments and maintain accurate customer contact information
• Update customer records and notes in the dealership management system
• Provide friendly and professional customer interactions, building lasting relationships
• Coordinate with the service departments to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-through
• Assist with additional administrative or customer service duties as needed

We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, professional phone manner and excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software (experience with Automate or Reynolds & Reynolds a plus)
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred (automotive experience a plus but not required)
