About Behavior Concierge

Welcome to Behavior Concierge — where science meets heart and innovation meets integrity.
We’re a behavior analyst–owned and operated practice redefining what compassionate, meaningful ABA care looks like.

Our philosophy is simple: connection over compliance.
We believe that therapy should honor dignity, joy, and authentic human connection — and that our analysts deserve the same.

We don’t just talk about doing things differently.
We are different — in how we conceptualize care, deliver treatment, and structure our business.
Every BCBA on our team practices at the top of their craft using PFA (Practical Functional Assessment) and SBT (Skills-Based Treatment) — evidence-based, person-centered methods that truly change lives.

And because we only hire certified behavior analysts, you’ll be working alongside colleagues who share your passion, your language, and your standards.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

✨ You choose your caseload — work as much or as little as you want
✨ Earn 70% of the contracted rate (yes, you read that right)
✨ No admin headaches — we handle billing, insurance, and referrals
✨ Work with clients who want this kind of care and are excited for change
✨ Practice in a beautiful Monterey clinic stocked with all the tools and toys you need
✨ Join a supportive team of analysts who geek out on high-quality SBT just like you

We’ve built a model that empowers BCBAs to love their work again — with autonomy, flexibility, and genuine professional respect.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct IISCAs as part of the Practical Functional Assessment process
  • Design meaningful, contextually relevant treatment goals that matter to the client and family
  • Deliver high-fidelity Skills-Based Treatment with warmth, creativity, and care
  • Train and support families, teachers, and other stakeholders using compassionate, evidence-based methods
  • Document progress clearly, ethically, and in full HIPAA compliance
  • Advocate for your clients in every environment they navigate — school, home, and community

What You Bring

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Strong knowledge of PFA/SBT principles
  • SBT credential (or willingness to complete it — we’ll help you get there!)
  • Deep respect for the lived experiences of autistic individuals
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit
  • The ability to stay calm, flexible, and creative in dynamic situations
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and compassionate, dignity-driven care

How It Works

This is a contracted, revenue-share role. You set your schedule, choose your clients, and get rewarded for your expertise.

You earn 70% of the contracted rate, and we take care of the rest — rent, utilities, software, billing, insurance submissions, and administrative support.
Most of our clients are private pay, though we do accept select insurance plans.

Our admin team handles referrals, paperwork, and reimbursement, leaving you free to focus on what you do best — transform lives through high-quality behavioral care.

Your clients. Your hours. Your impact.
We’ll handle the boring stuff.

Ready to Join Us?

If you’re a behavior analyst who lights up when you talk about PFA/SBT…
If you crave flexibility, creative freedom, and professional respect…
And if you believe in compassionate care that celebrates progress through connection

We want you on our team.

Come build something special at Behavior Concierge — where BCBAs belong, clients thrive, and kindness is our baseline.
