We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of qualified clinicians. This role offers an excellent opportunity to accumulate supervised hours toward your RBT, BCBA, LMFT, or LCSW certification while making a meaningful impact on individuals and families.
Schedule: This is a part-time position, typically scheduled between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Prior ABA experience is advantageous but not required; we welcome motivated candidates eager to develop their skills.
Training and Support:
- Completion of 40 hours of RBT training or a Competency Assessment is required.
- Candidates comfortable working with clients exhibiting minor aggression will receive certification in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) to ensure safety and confidence in your role.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting pay is determined based on experience, certifications, and skill level.

- With a 6-month commitment, receive supervision hours for LMFT or BCBA certification.
