Now Hiring: Psychologist for Correctional Facility in Delano, CA

NCW Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Psychologist to join our team for a 6-month assignment at a state correctional facility in Delano, CA. This position is for a full-time opportunity offering a consistent schedule, competitive pay, and a chance to make a meaningful impact.

Payrate: $160/hr.

Position Details:

• Duration: 28 weeks contract
• Start Date: 2–3 weeks from offer

Schedule:
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, rotating shifts (Thursday through Wednesday)
Mon-Thurs 7am-5pm
Tues-Friday 7am-5pm

What We’re Looking For:

• Active California Psychologist License
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Current BLS Certification (AHA)
• Malpractice Insurance

Onboarding Covered by NCW:

• Physical Exam
• Drug Testing
• Fit Mask
• Background Check
