Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, including children with autism, to implement behavior intervention plans and support their growth and development.
Duties
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collect and record data on client progress, behaviors, and responses to interventions.
- Work collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals to support the client’s development.
- Provide support in-home and various settings, ensuring effective learning experiences for clients.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to manage challenging behaviors effectively.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is preferred.
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, autism is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with special education practices and behavioral health concepts.
- Strong skills in data collection, and documentation practices.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
