Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health care to patients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques. This role requires a strong understanding of behavioral health, patient assessment, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The Psychologist will play a crucial role in supporting individuals dealing with various mental health challenges, including PTSD, addiction, and other psychological disorders.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and interns in clinical practices and patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
- Offer addiction counseling services to support patients in recovery.
- Facilitate telehealth sessions as needed, ensuring accessibility for all patients.
- Provide crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing acute psychological distress.
Skills
- Strong background in behavioral health with experience in patient assessment and treatment planning.
- Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques and group therapy facilitation.
- Experience with PTSD care and addiction counseling is highly desirable.
- Excellent supervisory skills to guide and support team members effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while managing medical records accurately.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the ability to adapt therapeutic practices for virtual settings.

Pay: $93,577.00 - $99,393.00 per year
