Full Job Description

Wise Future Group Support Services, LLC is a fast growing company and is currently looking for a BCBA for its new location in Orlando, FL. The position it an independent contractor. The job would entail supervising and training BCaBAs/RBTs and providing direct supervision on the cases assigned.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Identifying needs and formulating treatment plans to manage problematic behaviors
• Assessing the individual needs of each child and to develop behavioral plans.
• Monitor the progress of individuals under their care and collaborate with family members or other care providers to determine how to best address long-term individual goals.
• Develop programs to ensure safety, structure and enrichment for the children.
• Physically providing on-site behavioral interventions, as needed, and modeling behavioral skills for staff.
• Developing materials to support behavior trainings
