Looking for Part and Full Time Licensed Clinicians (In- Office Position at either our Redlands or Riverside Locations)

Create your own schedule and we fill you up with clients. Guaranteed hours since we pay for all missed appointments as well. Our agency provides unlimited clients and our admin team takes care of all the marketing, billing and scheduling with clients. This is a Family Friendly agency that is run like an upscale private practice. Paid consultation groups run by clinical staff are optional weekly to ensure every staff feels supported.

Must be Licensed with the BBS.

Hours Flexible between 15 hours to 40 hours per week.

Position Summary:

This Licensed Therapist position will work within the vision, mission, and philosophy of the agency to work directly with clients in an outpatient office setting. With the ability to manage your own schedule, you will provide intake assessments, treatment planning, clinical interventions, and therapy sessions for clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Completes initial intake assessments that are geared to the client and their strengths and needs.
• Independently develops effective treatment plans with clear and measurable goals and intervention strategies.
• Provides therapy, and assisting clients to achieve more effective personal and interpersonal growth.
• Monitors effectiveness and efficiency of interventions in treatment.
• Minimal documentation required- each client gets an initial intake note, treatment plan and then regular prog notes after each future session.
• All documentation is completed in our easy to use program that can be accessed on our company computers, or personal devices through an app.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Master Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, or related field of study.
• Current License to practice Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work or Counseling in the State of California through the board of behavioral sciences or similar certification board (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC).

Pay: $118,000.00 - $122,000.00 per year
